  • Grow professionally
  • Open up culturally
  • Live fully

An internship in France is much more than discovering a new country.

  • Join a house
  • Learn from passionate professionals
  • Discover a culture, a language, a way of life
  • Adopt another way of working

Une Saison en France by Myriam brings together talent from all over the world and French establishments looking for international profiles.

Choosing France

A season to learn, discover and grow.

Before choosing an internship, there is a destination. And behind a destination, there is a story.

France offers a unique professional environment, built on renowned savoir-faire in hotels, restaurants, gastronomy and many other sectors.

From the great Parisian houses to the charming establishments of Provence, from gourmet restaurants to hotels in the heart of the Alps, every region has its own identity, traditions and art of hospitality.

Une Saison en France lets you live this experience from the inside.

  • An internship to learn a trade.
  • A season to discover a region.
  • An experience that stays with you for a long time.
The meeting

Talent from elsewhere. French houses with something to pass on.

A simple conviction
Everything begins with a meeting: that of a talented person, their journey and their ambitions, with a house, its identity, its teams and its savoir-faire.

The best professional encounters happen when the right profiles and the right houses find each other.

Through a network of international local partners and host establishments in France, Une Saison en France by Myriam creates these connections and sees them through.

Because beyond a CV and an internship offer, there are above all people, journeys and projects that need to find each other.

Portrait of Myriam, founder of Une Saison en France
About me

Hello, I am Myriam.

Born to a father from Grenoble and an Argentinian mother, and raised in the Creuse, I grew up between several cultures and several regions of France and Latin America.

After several years in Lyon, the French capital of gastronomy, where I was lucky enough to fully enjoy its culinary richness, I chose to settle in Tours with my husband and our two little boys.

We now live in the heart of the Loire Valley, surrounded by châteaux and by the history of France that is part of our heritage, just like its gastronomy.

You will find both at the heart of Une Saison en France by Myriam: sharing France through what makes it most alive, its regions, its heritage, its gastronomy and the savoir-faire handed down from generation to generation.

Une Saison en France grew from a simple conviction: successful work experiences begin with a good encounter.

I am not simply looking for an internship. I am looking for the right match.

The one that helps a student grow, a house pass on its craft, and everyone discover something new.

My role is to give every project the best conditions to find its balance between a talent's aspirations and the reality of a house.

Coming to France for an internship means meeting passionate professionals, understanding what gives a house its identity and living an experience that goes beyond work.

  • An internship to learn a trade.
  • A season to discover a region.
  • An experience that stays with you for a long time.

Every new project is an encounter.
And every encounter can be the start of a new season.
